Morgan Stanley recently ran a screen to identify potential LBO candidates. The screen looks for beaten-up stocks with lots of cash, reasonable debt levels and strong cash flows.The trend has changed in that the old standards of being non-cyclical, a small or mid-cap company with low debt is out the window now.
