Buy - Price 12.78 on Feb. 12 by Merriman Curhan Ford We believe the recent pullback in share price present[s] attractive valuation; near-term catalysts include: strong January metrics, upside to 4Q07 results...and [market-]expansion. Currently, SWIM trades at 9 times enterprise-value/Ebitda FY08, with projected Ebitda growth of 26%. We believe margin expansion and acceleration in Ebitda...should lead to an expansion of valuation multiples, pushing SWIM to 20 to 24 over the next six to 12 months. Market-cap: $876 million.

Business model founded upon ripping people off and hype via info-mercials. This alone should make you stay away from the stock. Mix in a management team thats clueless, and you have a recipe for disaster. Supposedly, the retail brokerage segment, Think or Swim, won an award from Barron's, but this means absolutely nothing to me.
