barrons2	Greenfield recently agreed to be acquired by Quadrangle Group for $15.50 per share. Springhouse Capital (which holds 8% of SRVY) believes that the $15.50 is far less than the value of Greenfield's two business segments -- online surveys and comparison shopping -- and its cash, which together Springhouse values at least $25 per share.
