Barrons	From Barron's 4/2/07 "Maintaining Buy, despite stock's advance; raising [target price] to 127 from 115, as we give more weight to our $130 sum-of-the-parts valuation, given the [recent] disclosure of a stake by Harbinger Capital. We are lowering our '07 EPS to $13.50 (was $14), as we expect EPS to be flat sequentially in 2Q. Despite announced plate-price increases of $45/ton for May, we expect spreads to be flat in 2Q, as scrap costs have moved up sharply. In addition, drilling activity is declining in Western Canada due to the spring breakup. In our view, run-rate EPS should exceed $4/quarter in the second half."	Love	March 31, 2007
