Tellabs: UBS Downgrades; Wireless Soft; M&A Not Likely	Tellabs (TLAB) shares are lower Friday morning after UBS analyst Nikos Theodosopolous cut his rating on the stock to Neutral from Buy. He also trimmed his price target on the stock to $6.50 from $8. What’s Up With Tellabs?	Quite a nice day for Tellabs (TLAB), which jumped 64 cents, or 12.3%, to $5.84 in Thursday’s trading.
