Answers.com In Private Placement With Redpoint Ventures	Answers.com (ANSW) this morning said it has agreed to sell up to $13 million of convertible preferred stock and warrants to Redpoint Ventures, a Menlo Park, California-based venture firm. Answers issued $6 million of series A convertible preferred shares with a conversion price of $4.50.
