Nokia Gets A Lift From Jabil Comments On Mobile Sector	Nokia (NOK) shares are up sharply today, thanks in part to some bullish commentary on the mobile sector on contract manufacturer Jabil’s (JBL) post-earnings conference call late yesterday.
