Juniper: U.S. Carrier Demand Softening, Stifel Says	Juniper Networks (JNPR) is seeing some slowing of its U.S. carrier business, according to Stifel Nicolaus analyst Sanjiv Wadhwani. Wadhwani, just back from the NXTComm trade show in Las Vegas, says his research at the show lead his to believe Juniper’s current quarter is tracking in line with expectations. Foundry: S&P Cuts Rating To Sell From Hold	Standard & Poor’s telecom equipment analyst Ari Bensinger today cut his rating on Foundry Networks (FDRY) to Sell from Hold. Bensinger says he expects increaed adoption of 10-gigabit networks, voice over IP and power over Ethernet to be “solid long-term growth drivers” for FDRY.
