The Dow Makes a Rare Component Change, ETFs Will Change Along With It	It doesn't happen often: Dow Jones announced they will be changing the composition of the Dow Jones industrial average, changing the exchange traded funds (ETFs) that track this index. Market Brings Out Bearish ETFs	With a continuation this week of market volatility, it is no wonder the ProShares Ultra Short exchange traded funds (ETFs) were top performers. Ultra Short ETFs give double the opposite of the market return and are seen as "bearish" ETFs.
