We have shown the downgrades attached and the pre-market reactions seen so far this morning. Broadcom: Sees Q3 Gross Margin Dropping; Stk Falls	Broadcom (BRCM) shares, which gained ground in the early part of the after-hours session following a better-than-expected Q2, have reversed ground after the company provided Q3 guidance on a post-earnings conference call. Broadcom said on the call that it expects Q3 GAAP gross margin to be 49.5%-51.5%, down from 53.8% in Q2. Broadcom: Q2 Revs, EPS Beat The Street	Broadcom (BRCM) posted second quarter revenue of $1.201 billion, ahead of the Street consensus of $1.11 billion. GAAP EPS of 25 cents a share was well ahead of the Street estimate of 14 cents.
