Goldman Sachs Targets Select IT Names (DRIV, MVSN, BOBJ, COGN, INFA)	Goldman Sachs has initiated several IT names this morning. Business Objects: UBS Upgrades, Sees Business Improving In Europe	UBS analyst Michael Briest this morning raised his rating on Business Objects (BOBJ) to Buy from Neutral, and upped his price target to $50.08 from $44.67. (Or if you like your numbers rounder, to 37 euros from 33 euros.) Buy Into Weakness on Cognos Forecast, Say Bulls	Shares of business intelligence software vendor Cognos (COGN) have continued to fall today after last night’s announcement that the company’s fiscal first quarter sales came in slighly shy of estimates. The main concern was license revenue of $75.6 million, which was below the $80 million or so some expected. Oracle: More Upbeat Views On FY Q4 Results; Will Informatica Be The Next Target?	Expectations continue to ratchet higher for Oracle’s (ORCL) results for the fiscal fourth quarter ended last week. Citigroup’s Brent Thill today raised his fourth quarter EPS estimate to 35 cents from 34 cents, boosting his full year estimate to $1 from 99 cents. For fiscal 2008, he goes to $1.16 from $1.15.
