Bell Micro Says It Still Can’t File Financials; Stock Plunges	Bell Microproducts (BELM) shares are sharply lower after the company disclosed in an SEC filing that it will not be able to file its 2007 10-K on time due to the pending restatement of its previous financial statements. Bell also said a special committee to review the company’s accounting for reserves and accruals is not finished its work. Bell Microproducts: Possible Nasdaq Delisting Ahead	Bell Microproducts (BELM) disclosed in January that the company had been warned by Nasdaq that it had until March 17 to bring its financial filings up to date or face delisting on March 19.
