Online Advertising In The U.S Begins To Stabilize	Online advertising revenues in the U.S. seem to be stabilizing. The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and PricewaterhouseCoopers released third-quarter figures showing that online advertising in the U.S. approached $5.5 billion, up 1.7 percent from the second quarter of 2009, but still down 5.4 percent from the same quarter a year ago (which is in line with the losses during the first half of the year). For Teracent Rival Tumri, Google Becomes A Frenemy	Google’s acquisition of display advertising startup Teracent yesterday had significant meaning for rival Tumri; the San Mateo-based advertising platform now counts tech giant Google as a competitor. AOL’s New Model: Fighting the Downward Trend	AOL may be brushing up its brand image in preparation for its spin-off IPO in December, but brushing up its underlying business will take a little longer. AOL: No Growth Years Through 2014, Barclays Analyst Says	There may be some perfectly good reasons to pick up shares of AOL, which starts trading today on a when-issued basis in advance of its pending spin-off from Time Warner (TWX).
