ORCL has been on a buying tear lately. Recently making an offer to buy Hyperion but also in recent years buying companies like Peoplesoft (in a hostile takeover) and one-time competitor (and former ORCL employee Tom Seibel) Seibel Systems.Here's a list of companies that both complement Oracle products (and I have been a heavy user (and developer on top of) these products) and are cheap relatively to ORCL's cash flows and growth. My goal was to find the stocks that would boost Oracle's business and be immediately accretive. And, of course, already had good investors in them.
