For some reason at 5PM on Good Friday my Blackberry kept going off. Who could be sending me emails right now? It was my 8K alert service which sends me SEC filing alerts. Why would all these companies be filing at 5PM on Good Friday right before Easter weekend? Well, lets take a look at a few. (I could've found much, much more but it is a day off).The key is, after you read the analysis under each stock symbol, say out loud, "NICE!"
