At a certain point, the ease of understanding certain stocks takes over and drives money to those stocks. That's what is happening with all of tech right now. No one is looking inside it; they are just buying when the stocks are good. We are in the season to buy tech. Now, I know that we are in a challenged time, but I have been saying that growth has become harder and harder to come by, and one of the few areas you are going to see it in the fourth quarter is tech. Tech is not going to be levered to domestic spending or to borrowing. Tech needs no financing; it is self-financing.
