From 5-17-07:"I now believe that we will get a real run in retailers because things are going to get better: Valero (VLO) shows that refining margins have peaked, meaning we have seen the high in gasoline. We are going to have a better-weather May. Despite what you hear about the Federal Reserve, it's so clear that the domestic economy is still faltering from housing that it's getting ridiculous. I can't believe anyone at the Fed wants no growth domestically.
That all translates into a bottom for retail. That's today's sector winner."
