Test portfolio with sub-prime mortgage lenders. This sector has gotten killed as interest rates have climbed and housing sales slowed. However, even though the bottoms of both those trends may still be as much as a year away, I think the value of these mortgage-REITs' equity is reaching a stabilization point. Yields, for now, are fat. Consolidation is likely.
