Mock Growth Stability

Description:

I am currently a Finance and Economics double major and International Business minor at CCU, and I am also pursuing a Series 65 designation with the NASD this fall. I have been interested in the market since I was 13 when I started my first mock portfolio with a homemade Excel spreadsheet. As the headline name states, this portfolio is a simple collection of steady performers and potentially high growth companies that are neither too conservative or too speculative. I do not have a current aim at gain expectation, however, I will certainly increase my positions in stocks that I feel are somewhat undervalued when the time comes(case in point:GS), and I will decrease my position in certain stocks which may be near the peak of their earnings. I am personally more of a trader than an investor, although I see the need for both in a growing market, and this portfolio satisfies my personal need for the latter requirement.
