Description:

this is portfolio of the worst performing stocks that could make a quick gain in Jan 2011 -- the idea is many managers will dump this stocks or have already dump them before the yr's end which will make them look cheap to buy - in Jan they could see a quick bounce back - this are not long term plays and are more of a trade for early 2011

PHA was also apart of this list but stockpicker said it was invalid stock - at 23/share I don't see much up side but if it were to sell off drastically then I could see buying it.
