Amid all the market carnage, Robert Fetch, a veteran value investor at Lord Abbett, senses the makings of some big investment opportunities. "I am seeing valuations I haven't seen in decades, across the capitalization spectrum," says Fetch, 55, who runs $7.8 billion of assets.
