Michael Santeli and Alex Vallecillo manage the Allegiant Mid Cap Value Fund (ticker: ARVAX). In the three years ended Nov. 8, the fund, which is distributed by National City (NCC), a Cleveland financial-services firm, returned 14.58%, compared with 13.51% for its Russell benchmark -- a performance that put it in the top 11% of its peer group, according to Morningstar. This portfolio makes up some of the stocks that Santeli and Vallecillo favor.
