Barron's Mid-Yr. Roundtable: Bill Gross

Bill Gross is one of the world's largest mutual fund managers, focusing mostly on bonds. Called "the nation's most prominent bond investor" by the New York Times, he manages Pacific Investment Management (PIMCO) Total Return bond fund.

He has often been referred to as "the Warren Buffett of the bond world". Gross has had an average gain of around 8.3% for the past ten years.

He recently made big news when he turned bearish on bonds.

In Barron’s mid-year 2007 Roundtable, published in the magazine's June 18th issue, Gross gave a few recommendations.
