• A: the way i understood it is that even if they want to pay it back, the gov doesn't have to
  take it, they make a decision based on write downs etc more

  earnings estimate. Historically, DF has traded in a P/E multiple range of 11 to 22 over
  the last 5 years. PEG is at (the upper level of) 1.8
  
  Might want to reference analysts reviews by Reuters and Credit Suisse in order to
  determine why they believe DF deserves the
  classification of outperform. Also make the effort to review DF conference calls,
  attempting to verify the point of view as presented by the analysts. more
