Yikes! What happened to NLY today - down 11.25% now - not taking advantage of
the upturn. I was going to dump this one and take the loss at 17 (was just
waiting for the dividend record date of yesterday). -

recently getting back into RIG, and into NOV and CHK. Thought I'd catch the dip
- right!!! Well, I guess capitulating isn't the answer, might as well grin
and B E A R it! Hopefully, they'll recover in the long run. -

- Q:
Has the bubble burst and is energy dead? Time to get out or hang in (XTO, SLB,
BTU, COP)? Maybe I should have bailed a couple weeks ago, now my gains have
diminished quite a bit, though still in the green. This market is driving me
nuts! -

- Q:
CHK or DVN at these levels, or wait for a bigger pullback? They seemed to have
recovered a bit from their lows this morning (especially DVN). I know JC has
been picking up the later. I've had my eye on CHK for a while. Should have
picked it up in May under 54. Thoughts? -

Once again, Paulson speaks - the Dow falls. It never fails, whenever he,
Bernanke or Bush opens their mouths. They aren't instilling much confidence, are
they? (all would be appropriate candidates for the next Mets manager!!!) -
