A: Unless you are good at trading for the very short term, there are too many better, best of
breed participants in the energy sector to consider.
SYNM 'may' be worth considering when the oil sector is riding high . . . which it is not.
REXX may be ok if you are looking for a wildcatter payoff (read - gamblers' payday) in the
energy sector (nat gas) that is not so much of a ubiquitous commodity (cheap and
plentiful).
Established global participants in the oil service sector would be a better choice on a
market dip or pullback. more - Post your own answer

A: I think you have some good names in there but not when you have them all at once. You're
exposed to a lot of risk so it doesn't matter how you classify your stocks. They all fall
under the category risky. Sell some of these. I'm not going to tell you what but I'd keep
AXP, POT and CAT for the long haul and reinvest those dividends. I'd recommend you pick up
a health care like ABT, a consumer staple stock like KO, and a technology stock like AAPL.
As is your portfolio would give me a heart attack. more - Post your own answer

A: you are super high beta with commoditie related names. Depends on where you bought these
rockets.
If you bought them fueling up on the launch pad great. If you bought them mid flight then
maybe ok. I would sell at the top because they will fall back to that level most
certainly. If you bought them at the top where they are about to come crashing to earth
then uhm...your in trouble.
