I don't understand the compensation on the TNH - TRA merger. Do the shares of
TNH get $37 cash and .09 share of TRA? This doesn't make sense. TRA trades @46.
Should I dump the TNH shares?

A: TNH is a subsidary of TRA ie. spunoff in the past while keeping a majority stake. more

Q: Has anyone had a problem receiving Cramer's Action Alerts? I have been a
subscriber for 16 months. All of a sudden 3 weeks ago, the email alerts stopped
coming. I contacted the customer support by email and it asked I call but was
left on hold forever. If anyone else has had this problem, can yoy tell me how
it was solved?
