• A: smart? maybe, my mom calls it procratinating...lol...but acting like an idiot gets you
  assigned less work....lol. eventually i'll do my 2008 taxes...the gov owes me $1600...i
  was actually thinking i should just let them carry it forward and then i could give myself
  a raise by adjusting what i normally pay them this year. since i over pay on purpose every
  year as a just-in-case precaution. more
