Anyone know whats going to happen to the Wachovia Trust prefered securities?
I know the Suburdinated debt was assumed by Citi, which is what the trust holds.
Is there a trade here once it reopens? -

A: didnt you hear? short sellers forced AIG to load up on CDS and CDO squared products, then
told them to never do a fire sale, not to accept private equity money.

Any thoughts on NextWave Wireless(WAVE)?
I picked some up right around these levels. They make the 4G semiconductor
chips. I could see them making a nice run in the mid to long term, and also
could see a nice short term pop on the hopeful announcement of financing.

LCC up another 18% today, I still think there is room for this to go higher.
Until we start seeing some of the those bears (34.5% short interest) start to
cover I don't think we have seen the top.
In markets like these stick with whats working and you have to be quick to throw
out what isn't.
