A: I used to work up the block from AIG in NYC @ Maiden lane. If I was still there I would
be there with a carton or rotten eggs, pegging the building. Chuck in stink bombs in the
revolving door. Everything short of hurting people. Just make the place stink up like
the comapny it is. Cage a skunk & rattle its cage @ the front. more - Resolved

I've just had the chance to go through last nights posts..
Yikes...
So, I pose a Q..
Although, these pages are thinly traveled these day..
If all of CNBC are quilty of bad reporting than tell me who isn't..?
If JC...has hurt (((SO))) many people..than who else out there has been
100%..perfectly exact in their advice..?
I can not respond to bad reporting or political stances.(never have I watched
JS..and haven't watch JC in many many months)
If the 'Cramer Effect' is in fact true...than 'YES' Cramer has hurt a lot of
people..What the H#LL is new about that..?
Nothing has changed since the show debut..
The only thing that has changed is our economically depressed..crashing and
crumbling dire straits situation !!!
Listen..We're in a 'SH!T WHOLE' right now..just the toxicity has killed off
many.
It's become so easy to point fingers at this person or that person.
If Jon S. had been on his little soap box 'Shouting' his dismay 19+ months ago
than he'd have my ear..
Hind sight is somewhat worthless in the market..
Until good news airing dissipates this horrid stench then things will remain as
they are.
Jon Stewart.vs CNBC...whatever!
The fact that some here watch one or both of the shows does 'NOT' deem them
'IDIOTS'..
****It's All About ENTERTAINING****
Until people Stop tuning in...they will continue to hold millions of viewers
attention..
No one has control..beyond that!

A: Maybe we should go all the way back a decade..?
Let's dig up analyst reports during the housing bubble and then again 4~5 years ago during
bad lending practices..?
Let 'any voice' change the practices of reporting....Maybe The Daily Show began the
process..?
I do believe that if there had been renown economists/analysts on no particular network
pronouncing what they believe to be the truth in knowledge and their belief of what will
come(eg. DJIA..4000) people would still do what they want to do...believe what they want
to believe...hear what they want to hear.
Entertainment or not..
From Feb. 19 through March 9, CNBC averaged 361,000 viewers during the business day,
compared with 328,000 the three weeks before, according to Nielsen Media Research. During
the same period, the page views on CNBC's Web site went up 22 percent from 13.1 million to
15.9 million.
Similarly, a video clip of Stewart's original criticism of CNBC last week has been seen
more than anything else the show has put online this year.

Everyone,
On Mad Money last night, Thursday, 3/12, Cramer briefly mentioned Nordic
American Tanker, NAT. Did anyone hear what he said? I can't find a reference

I think I know the answer to this, but I'd like an answer from somebody anyway:
My wife and I both have trading accounts with Scottrade and both accounts have
capital losses for 2008 in excess of $3000. The way I read it, my maximum
write-off is $3000 total for married filing jointly regardless of how many
accounts are involved.
Correct?
Thanks! -
