Description:
Portfolio comprised of highly liquid oversold $10-$80 stocks (in uncorrelated markets) which hit significant support levels.Entry triggered according to multiple indicators convergence and in respect to general market conditions as well as perticular industry strength.
Protective stops set for every trade to risk no more than 1-1.5% on a given trade with total portfolio drawdown no more than 25%.
Sometimes news can serve as catalysis to make decision to buy particular stock: unjustified post-earnins report sell-off, prospective aquisition, new product development, coming drug approval, etc.
Holding period lasts 3-5 days, swing trading.
